Making Money

What is Residual Income

Posted by

Residual income is money that flows into your account or mail box every month from something that you took the time to do just once. This is the best kind of income, as you do not have to continually trade so much time for money. With this type of income, you can be free to go on a vacation, or go with the kids on a school trip in the middle of the day, and not have to worry about getting home to rush back to work that has to be done by a deadline.

If any of you have been following my other blogs or websites like my http://melaniebremner.com or my http://momsassistingmoms.net or even the http://mamamelstips.blogspot.com
I have been striving for several years to help other moms be able to stay at home, raise their kids and still make money. I have provided many income earning opportunities that can be found online but didn’t really pay much attention to residual income earnings.

After talking to a few other moms over on the wahm forum, I have come to realize that the only way to truly make money is by finding ways that will pay off for you years down the road.

I want to be able to take my classes offline to help other moms close by, I also want to start selling and promoting my children’s stories that I have written. These things all take time away from the computer. Right now, I am working as a ghostwriter and Virtual Assistant. My days are all counted, and everything I do is paid by the hours.

So I decided to go on a hunt for opportunities, products or services that will pay you on a monthly basis for the work you do the once. This blog is my journey. I will share with you my experiences, what I have learned, where you can get making some good cash, and tips for how to work more efficiently. I hope you will join me!
